Description This old sign was found in the attic, nailed to the ceiling with insulation on top of it, when we were remodeling. It is 28 inches long and 20 inches tall, bright yellow, with red and black raised lettering, and a raised picture of corn in the corner. It reads 'Hamilton Quality Hybrids for extra power Authorized Dealer'. In the bottom right hand corner it reads 'Scioto Sign for Corn States Adv Sv Des Moines, Iowa'. The are nail holes, and some paint loss, as seen in the pictures. It is tin and will need to be attached to a piece of paneling, or something to be shipped. RARE VINTAGE COLT 45 MALT LIQUOR CARDBOARD SIGN IN GREAT CONDITION 11 INCHES WIDE 14.5 INCHES TALL VERY OLD AND RARE GREAT FOR A MAN CAVE OR BAR! THANKS FOR LOOKING!

This is a very nice metal sign from a local automotive garage. It measure 30" x 14". It is a light yellow on top and nave blue on the bottom. It is slightly fade after spending many years hanging in the garage. Lower left hand corner says.. MADE IN U.S.A. There are 4 factory made slot holes for mounting (2 top and 2 bottom). There are 4 small nail holes, which are very hard to see (1 above the letter A, 1 on left side at blue/yellow lie, 1 on right side at blue/yellow lineand 1 approx. 1/2 inch from top right. Back of sign is black. There a a few very small rust spots on sign. There is a paint streak on the letter "A" (see picture). I am sure this could be cleaned up even better, but I would not want to damage it. I lightly wiped it down to remove the dust. Please contact me with any questions and good luck bidding. Vintage Collectible Sign Advertising DeKalb Corn Seed. It was made in the '80's. It has the initials A P painted on it, which to my understanding was the initials of the artist who painted the sign. Many of these signs do not have the initials. Having these makes the sign much more valuable. It measures 31" by 16" in size. It is made of Masonite, and shows surprisingly little wear. The photos show that this sign is in pretty good condition, considering it is approaching 25 years old. This is the real deal, not plastic, not a reproduction, this is a real piece of history, not a foreign fake. Looking at the back of the sign, one can see that there is no indication of it ever being on a fence post outside, and it is in very good condition. No fading of the paint. There is some minimal wear around the edges of the sign, but nothing too distracting. Happy bidding
