This beautiful 12" X 12" antique piece of tin is in very good conditon with a couple small spots of rust and a few small nail holes. This Tile is Painted over with a GOLD color, and HI LITED. The Tile has a rope like design around the perimeter of the Tile. The Tin Tile come from an old commercial building in Austin Mn.. This tin tile is sure to add character and charm to any room in your home as it has a beautiful pattern design.Very Shabby Chic. NOTE, These Tin Tiles are avail. in quantity. See seller. This folk art oil painting is in excellent condition with no rips or holes, it needs cleaned. There are also a few pieces of the wood missing on the frame. The painting is signed very lightly on the left side, it looks like "by Joseph Richard" (see last photo) and darker on the right side "By Jos Richard". The painting measures approx. 14.5 by 16 inches. It was found in an attic. INSURANCE is required and added to shipping cost.
